Discord Bot

CraftyAI has a Discord bot for managing your servers and asking the AI directly from Discord. Join discord.gg/zCkE44hsBR to use it.

Player commands

These are the commands anyone can use:

CommandWhat it does
/my-sessionsList every Minecraft server linked to your Discord account
/statsShow your daily token and request usage
/ask <question>Ask CraftyAI a question (only you see the reply)
/link <code>Link a Minecraft server to your Discord
/redeem <key>Redeem a Pro key for one of your servers

Linking a server

You can manage a server from Discord once it's linked. Linking takes two steps:

  1. In Minecraft, run /crafty link. The plugin generates a 6-character code and shows it to you. The code expires in 15 minutes.
  2. In Discord, run /link <code>. The bot verifies the code and ties your Discord account to the server.

After linking, the server appears in your /my-sessions list.

Asking the AI

/ask <question> lets you test CraftyAI without opening Minecraft. Useful for:

  • Checking if the AI is responding before players complain
  • Asking about Minecraft mechanics when you're not near your computer
  • Sharing a private conversation with a player who has access to your Discord

The reply is ephemeral, only you can see it.

Usage stats

/stats shows your token and request usage for the current day across all your linked servers. If you're hitting rate limits, this is the first place to look.

Redeeming Pro keys

If an admin issues you a Pro key, run /redeem <key> in Discord. The key is one-time use, so don't share it. The bot confirms which server received the upgrade and when it expires.
